At INTRTH, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within [30-60] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Print-On-Demand / Made-to-Order Items

Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please refer to sizing charts before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@intrth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email support@intrth.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
